Yellow-billed Magpie Pica nutalli This is a not so common magpie. Found only in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Monterey counties in California, it looks just like a Black-billed Magpie except for its face. The yellow bill and flesh around the eyes make this guy easy to spot and identify. Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Barbara County, California. |
